Frequently asked questions

Is it really free to try?

Yes. You get 10 minutes of conversation completely free, with no credit card required. It is the best way to see how Pantheose thinks before you pay for anything.

How does billing work?

Conversations are billed by the time you spend talking, pro-rata down to the minute, so you only ever pay for what you use. Pay-as-you-go is $3 per hour. The $10 monthly plan includes 5 hours, then continues at $3 per hour, pro-rata.

What is the difference between pay-as-you-go and the monthly plan?

Pay-as-you-go is $3 per hour with no commitment, ideal for occasional use. The monthly plan is $10 and includes 5 hours of conversation (effectively $2 per hour), then bills at $3 per hour beyond that. It is the better value if you use Pantheose regularly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly plan is month-to-month with no contract, and you can cancel whenever you like. Pay-as-you-go has nothing to cancel.

Do you offer plans for schools and universities?

Yes. We offer custom plans for classrooms and campuses with volume access, admin controls, and onboarding for students and faculty. Book a demo and we will design a plan around your needs.
