Description of Service
Pantheose is a cognitive simulation platform that creates AI-powered digital representations of historical thinkers. These simulations use knowledge graphs and reasoning models to approximate the thinking patterns of historical figures based on their primary source writings.
Important: Responses generated by Pantheose are AI simulations. They are not actual communications from historical figures and should not be treated as historically authoritative statements. The simulations are designed for educational, research, and entertainment purposes.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or data
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as genuine historical quotes or statements
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Intellectual Property
The Pantheose platform, including its software, design, knowledge graphs, reasoning models, and branding, is the property of Pantheose. You retain ownership of the queries you submit. Responses generated by the Service may be used by you for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
