These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Pantheose, Inc. ("Pantheose," "we," "us," or "our"), including pantheose.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Pantheose lets you have conversations with AI models that are built from the writings and ideas of historical thinkers. Responses are generated by software and are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are interpretations, not statements by the actual historical figures, and may contain errors. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features are offered through paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheose will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
